Harry established Southern Editorial Services, UK in 1982. His experience includes running the longest running hospital house journal, The Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals Bulletin over 40 years and lecturing on college and university journalism courses. He has also keen on organising and participating in national and international conferences. His wide range of published work includes magazine fiction and articles, a novel and two books on hospital-related topics. Three more books are in preparation and planned for publication in 2008 and 2009.

Sarah-Anne is the director of the Australian side of Southern Editorial, established in Melbourne, Sarah-Anne did all her training back in England and worked with Harry for 15 years bringing the company up to professional IT standard moving it from cut and paste to professional DTP. Her experience ranges from photography, editing, design.
