The first cohort in the trust’s Band 5 nursing development course received their certificates last month. The course that consists of eight taught study days with action learning sets aims to support development and professional growth into a senior role. Pictured, are three of the successful nurses, Lo Dadswell, Isobel O’Donnell and Ana Bartolome with clinical placement facilitator Wendy McCarty, course leader Claire Martin and Jane Butler, who presented their certificates.
